Panotec creates the amazing packaging line, more technological and advanced dedicated to the e-commerce, packaging and logistics sector.

The OPERA line is characterized mainly by being a compact and fully automated machine where it is possible to pack single or multiple products in a few seconds.

It is equipped with an information system (web reporting) for the control of production data and cross-checking of data (size, weight) according to the orders placed.

TECHNICAL DATA

  • OPERA; The boxes are made with a special reinforcement on the four corners where it guarantees the safe protection of the product during transportation. This new and innovative production technology of the line means that the tailor-made box is made with the smallest possible amount of cardboard.
  • The OPERA Packaging Line can be separated into three parts;
    • Weighing system, weight check; with this method it is possible to verify that the weight of the product is within the maximum limits stipulated by the customer or present in the current regulations.
    • Product output system; with this module you can reject those products that are not valid due to their size and weight.
    • Barcode reading; there are two ways, MANUAL; operator scanning a product. AUTOMATIC; the product slides through a belt or tunnel that allows the system to read the code.
  • In the OPERA Packaging Line we also highlight;
    • HD printing on the packaging of logos or symbols; it has a printer; Prit On Demand TM where you can make customized boxes, printing your logos, images and symbols, both inside and outside the machine.
    • QBOX software also for the management of orders with multiple items. With this QBOX tm system the operator through a monitor can correctly distribute the products inside a box optimizing space and volume. The distribution of the products can be done directly by the operator or automated through a mechanical arm.
    • The packaging line is equipped with a label printing machine. This system applies the shipping label to the box and also allows to include the Invoice inside the box.
